We provide this patient portal as a way to assist you in every aspect of working with us, such as helping you navigate insurance questions, gaining access to your patient chart, and answering your most pressing questions. Please note that all services are provided under our company name, Soho Integrative Psychological Services PLLC, for which NY Health Hypnosis & Integrative Therapy is a member.

Reimbursify App

If you have already completed the process for allowing us to submit on your behalf, you can view what we have submitted through the Reimbursify App by opening the app on your phone or clicking the link below from your phone's browser. Otherwise, read below to start this process.

Process for submitting statements for reimbursement

If you would like to submit your statements to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, you can either A) submit the statements yourself or B) authorize us to submit your statements on your behalf.

PROCESS FOR RECEIVING REIMBURSEMENT
Please note that we provide insurance documentation and offer to submit them as a courtesy, but whether or not they reimburse you is up to your insurance company. Regardless of reimbursement, you are solely responsible for payment at the time of the session.If your insurance company reimburses for services, they will reimburse you according to their policies. Generally, this is in the form of a check that you will receive in 2-4 weeks after they are submitted
