Mentaya is a HIPAA-compliant platform designed to help you understand your insurance benefits. If you have a PPO, please use this calculator to understand your deductible and estimate your reimbursement.
If you have already completed the process for allowing us to submit on your behalf, you can view what we have submitted through the Reimbursify App by opening the app on your phone or clicking the link below from your phone's browser. Otherwise, read below to start this process.
If you would like to submit your statements to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, you can either A) submit the statements yourself or B) authorize us to submit your statements on your behalf.

Pay for therapyYour therapist will charge the credit card on file, and charge you at the end of each session. Regardless of reimbursement, you must pay the full fee after each session. This allows us to provide proof of your payment for the statements that your insurance company will need.
Retrieve your monthly statement
At the end of each month, you will be sent an email to remind you of your new monthly ‘Statement for Reimbursement, which you can also access at any time through your Simple Practice login below. Please note that these statements can only be viewed from your desktop, and not the Simple Practice mobile app.
Submit our statements to your insurance company
Each insurance company has a different process for submitting their statements if you are submitting them yourself. Call your insurance company to find out their process, and submit according to their particular process.

Authorize us to submit on your behalf
In order for us to submit on your behalf, you must contact us to request this complimentary service by emailing us at billing@sohointegrative.com. From there, you will be directed to share your insurance information securely through a link to Reimbursify that you receive from us so that we can submit your statements directly to your insurance company.
Monthly submissions
If you choose this option, we will continue to submit your statements monthly on your behalf, unless you revoke your authorization, so there is nothing additional you need to do.
Viewing submissions
You can view your submissions at any time from your mobile phone at any time using the Reimbursify app. Please note that this only shows what we have submitted and whether or not they received the submission, but not their determination of whether they will pay it or not.
Receive Reimbursement
If your insurance company reimburses for services, they will reimburse you according to their policies. Generally, this is in the form of a check that you will receive in 2-4 weeks after submission.
