 Scheduling and Payment Policies

Our rate is $275 for our standard 45-minute therapy sessions, which may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company. By requesting an appointment online, you are agreeing to the full price to be paid at the time of service regardless of insurance reimbursement.

We respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full session charge will be applied for any late cancellation or no-show appointments.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS & FIRST APPOINTMENTS

We offer 15-minute phone consultations as well as the ability to book your first appointment with your therapist through our online booking system. Phone consultations are always free while appointments are charged at our standard rate of $275 per session.

Most of our sessions are conducted virtually through our HIPAA-compliant video platform, however, we do have some in-person availability. If a particular therapist is not shown in our booking system, it means that they have limited availability. Please email them directly (emails are listed below) for questions about additional availability or to be put on their waitlist.
