About NY Health Hypnosis & Integrative Therapy

Although our office is physically located in Soho Manhattan, where we have practiced for many years, we have now also extended our services to help those who are also outside of New York City by offering a HIPAA-compliant video software to conduct appointments. We are the leading experts in using hypnosis, mindfulness, and integrative therapy to help clients improve their quality of life, and our work has been featured in numerous publications. NYHH clinicians have their own specialities, and prospective clients should review each clinician’s educational and training background here to determine which therapist may be the best fit for your needs.

In this changing world, the time is right to offer our services beyond New York City and we are excited that we can now offer online mindfulness-based therapy and hypnotherapy via our HIPAA-compliant video platform. At the current moment, we are holding most of our sessions online, however, we are offering in-person sessions at a gradually increasing rate as we find increasing safety to do so for both the therapists and our clients.

Are Therapy and Hypnotherapy Effective Online?

Our online sessions are as confidential, secure, and effective as if you were sitting in our offices. Research has shown that online therapy and hypnotherapy are not only as effective as in-person sessions, but that being able to sit in your own home relaxed and feeling safe and actually aid in the therapy process. While finding the time and means to travel have become increasingly difficult, online therapy is an especially beneficial and convenient option for people who want to work with a top-trained and highly educated therapist who specializes in integrative, holistic methods. 

Hypnotherapy is the art of using language to induce a meditative state for the purpose of  making a change. As long as you can hear your therapist clearly, our online therapy platform allows clients to engage in a familiar and comfortable environment, which often allows people to open up more and get in touch with their unconscious mind. Our clients report that sessions are just as effective remotely as they are when they come in person to our office, but with the increased comfort of working together in the privacy of their own homes.

Making an Online Appointment

Because of the ongoing health risks associated with the Covid-19, NY Health Hypnosis & Integrative therapy is currently most of our sessions via our HIPAA-compliant web-based video platform.  We look forward to resuming in person sessions at our Soho Office location in the future, as well as continuing to offer Telehealth to patients both in and outside of New York.
